Lilac City Kendo Club is a non-profit organization located in Spokane, Washington that is dedicated to the teaching of the Japanese martial art of kendo. Established in November 2024, we are affiliated with the Pacific Northwest Kendo Federation (PNKF), under the All US Kendo Federation (AUSKF), which is the US national federation under the International Kendo Federation (FIK).
ATTENTION – Venue Change for Summer 2026
Lilac City Kendo Club has moved its practice location and times for the summer of 2026. Kendo practice is held on Mondays & Wednesdays 6:30PM to 8:30PM at Graves Gym at Whitworth University. Iaido practice is held on Sundays 8:30AM to 9:30AM at Grace Alliance Christian School.

We are accepting applications for the next beginning class in July 2026. Classes begin every January, April, July, and October. Please submit your registration using the form button below to start your journey.
